Dear students, faculty, and staff:
We are very proud that our gradual return to campus has been safe and successful!
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transitioned back to in-person learning for more than 40% of fall classes while implementing our mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.
The vast majority of campus attendees have already obtained their green campus access sticker — indicating full vaccination — and the deadline for using an orange temporary access sticker is almost here. That means time is running out to show proof of full vaccination to ensure you have campus access going forward.
If you haven’t yet, I strongly encourage you to visit our Vaccine Verification Centre (VVC) to obtain your green sticker. Instructions, including the VVC’s hours of operation, can be found on our Campus Access Process webpage.
Please note that the VVC will be closed during Fall Reading Week (October 11 – 15) but will be open from October 18 – 22 to provide a final opportunity for green sticker pick-up. As of October 22, no one will be admitted to campus with the temporary orange sticker.
Thank you very much for your cooperation, and please be sure to get your green access sticker before it’s too late.
Best wishes for a continued safe and successful 2021-22 school year!
Dr. Jan Stewart,
Interim Provost and Vice-President, Academic
