UWinnipeg researchers Dr. Manisha Ajmani and her sister Nisha Ajmani are hosting a virtual Soapbox Science Winnipeg event on Saturday, November 7. The sisters are passionate advocates for women’s education in the STEM field and strongly believe women can help shape the future of the world by making a difference in the field of science.

“Engaging female researchers in public outreach events can be very encouraging for many more young women to take up STEM areas of study,” said Manisha.
