The hallways of campus were buzzing with anticipation and excitement on Friday, October 14 for the 2022 Autumn Convocation.
Degrees in Arts, Business and Economics, Education, Graduate Studies, Kinesiology and Applied Health, and Science were conferred in the morning during the 121st Convocation, followed by the conferring of Professional, Applied and Continuing (PACE) Education certificates and diplomas in the afternoon.
The entire University of Winnipeg community congratulates the fall class of 2022 on their achievements and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
Honourees and award recipients recognized during our 121st Convocation were Dr. Martin Brokenleg, Honorary Doctor of Laws; Meeka Walsh, Distinguished Alumni Award; Tracey Gergulich, Valedictorian; Dr. Sante A. Viselli, Professor Emeritus; and Dr. Nora Casson, Erica and Arnold Rogers Award for Excellence in Research and Scholarship.
