MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2007 РThe Undergraduate Science Poster Competition is an event that features several intriguing science projects. The event runs from 11:00 am-1:30 pm in Eckhardt-Gramatt̩ Hall.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2007 HOMECOMING DAY 1 – The University of Winnipeg’s 40th Anniversary Homecoming & Reunion Weekend begins. Events this day include:

  • Breakfast with Dr. John Roberts – Convocation Hall – 7:30-9:00 am
  • State of the University Address – Convocation Hall – 11:00 am-12:00 Noon
  • The University of Winnipeg Retirees’ Association Luncheon – Clearsight Event Tent – 12:30-2:30 pm
  • Opening Reception – Clearsight Event Tent – 6:30-10:00 pm

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2007 – HOMECOMING DAY 2 – The University of Winnipeg’s 40th Anniversary Homecoming & Reunion Weekend continues. Events Friday include:

  • Rededication of Convocation Hall – Convocation Hall – 10:00-11:00 am
  • The Great Rock Climb – Wesley Hall Front Lawn – 12:30-1:30 pm
  • Special Convocation – Convocation Hall – 3:00-4:30 pm
  • Theatre Production of “Hair” – Prairie Theatre Exchange – 8:00-9:30 pm
  • Gala Homecoming Dinner – Hotel Fort Garry – 7:00 pm – SOLD OUT

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2007 – HOMECOMING DAY 3 – The fun continues at The University of Winnipeg’s 40th Anniversary Homecoming & Reunion Weekend. Saturday events include:

  • Charter Day Celebration & Picnic – Wesley Hall Front Lawn – 12:00 Noon-2:00 pm
  • Theatre Production of “Hair” – Prairie Theatre Exchange – 2:00-3:30 pm
  • Class Reunion Dinner – Hotel Fort Garry – 5:30-10:00 pm
  • The Great Winnipeg Social – Clearsight Event Tent – 8:00 pm-1:00 am

  • Ecumenical Service, Liturgical Procession to the Chapel, Naming Ceremony for the Carl Ridd Sanctuary – Convocation Hall – 10:00-11:30 am
  • Legacy Circle Garden Dedication – Portage Commons – 11:30 am-12:00 Noon
  • Presidents’ Brunch – Riddell Hall – 12:00 Noon-2:00 pm
