The University of Winnipeg Aboriginal Self-Governance Program would like to invite students, faculty, staff, and the public to the 2005 – 2006 Harry Daniels Distinguished Lecture Series. On Friday, October 21, 2005 Debra Harry, Executive Director of the Indigenous Peoples Council on Biocolonialism, will offer the first presentation of this year’s series.
