Boldly Going Where No High School Has Gone Before: UWinnipeg Collegiate Hosts First Annual Life and Space Conference

On Saturday, September 24, 2005, The University of Winnipeg Collegiate will host “Two Frontiers: Life Science and Space Conference.” This conference, a cooperative event through the Collegiate and MindSet (Manitoba Network for Science and Technology), will bring together nearly 100 Manitoba high school students and educators with outstanding speakers from The University of Winnipeg, the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health , the Department of National Defense College of Aerospace, and the University of North Dakota.
