On Thursday, December 23, 2004 Historica will announce a new partnership with The University of Winnipeg, bringing the rich history of Western Canada to life in classrooms across the country.
Historica Executive Director Tom Axworthy will be joined by University of Winnipeg President Lloyd Axworthy and the Honourable Peter Bjornson, Minister of Education, Citizenship and Youth, Dr. Annabelle Mays, Dean of Education, and Joyce Bateman, chairwoman of the Winnipeg School Division Board of Trustees, for the public announcement to be made on:
