Cameron Adams (BEd/BA’23) is the third consecutive UWinnipeg student to be named a McCall MacBain Scholar and one of only 20 Canadian post-secondary students to receive the scholarship this year.
UWinnipeg is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Chantal Fiola (she/her) as Interim Associate Vice-President, Indigenous, effective July 1, 2023. Dr. Fiola is Michif (Red River Métis), a registered citizen of the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF), and a founding member of the Two-Spirit Michif Local of the MMF.

The University of Winnipeg community mourns the passing of Dr. Michael Collins McIntyre on Saturday, November 5, 2022. Dr. McIntyre was a highly accomplished administrator, researcher, and professor for more than three decades. In his honour, campus flags will be flown at half-mast on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
