TransCanada Corporation’s proposed Energy East pipeline will carry crude oil 400 kilometers across Manitoba. A public review of the proposal is just beginning. The Wilderness Committee, the Manitoba Eco-Network, Climate Change Connection, along with The University of Winnipeg, are hosting a public forum and panel discussion to learn about this significant proposal.
