Folklorama Pavilion On UWinnipeg Campus to Aug. 17

The University of Winnipeg is partnering with the Dakota Ojibway Tribal Council (DOTC) for the fourth year to host Folklorama’s DOTC First Nations Pavilion on campus. Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy the entertainment by Ray CoCo Stevenson and the Walking Wolf Singers and Dancers.

Cuisine by UWinnipeg;s award-winning Diversity Foods features a ‘new’ Sample Platter, which contains a bison meatball, mini Indian taco, slice of elk smokie and a salad. There will also be an interactive cultural display with Aboriginal art, and artists and crafters will have beautiful and affordable beadwork and crafts for sale. This venue is air-conditioned.

Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 pm, 6:45 pm, 8:15 pm, and 9:45 p.m.
Monday to Friday:        6:45 pm, 8:15 pm, and 9:45 p.m.
