The University of Winnipeg’s 127th Convocation celebration took place Friday, October 17. Degrees were conferred in Arts, Business and Economics, Education, Graduate Programs, Kinesiology and Applied Health, and Science.
The ceremony’s valedictorian was Dominique Chudd and an honorary doctorate was bestowed upon broadcaster and addictions recovery advocate Scott Oake. Staff awards were given to Angeline Nelson and Marnie Loewen.
