UWinnipeg has an Indigenous Advisory Circle to ensure the inclusion of Indigenous Peoples’ perspectives in the University’s governance, programs, and services to ensure there are no barriers for Indigenous students. The Circle meets four times annually and its membership represents urban, rural and northern Indigenous peoples in Canada as well as other international Indigenous communities.
