Former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, Dr. Phil Fontaine is a dedicated and highly respected leader in Canada. He received an Honorary Degree from The University of Winnipeg in 2008 and is a member of UWinnipeg's Indigenous Advisory Circle.
