Medieval art is more than mere enchantment.
The University of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba are hosting the 40th edition of the Canadian Conference of Medieval Art Historians (CCMAH), on March 22 – 23, 2019. The CCMAH is the most important (and enchanting) conference on medieval and medieval revival art & architecture in North America. Every year it attracts outstanding, dedicated experts in their fields. This year’s theme is From Medieval to Medievalism: Medieval Art and Architecture and its Modern Canadian Transformations.
On Friday, March 22, the conference will be at UManitoba in Room 368, ARTlab Building from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On Saturday, March 23 March, the the conference will be at UWinnipeg, in Room 3D01, Duckworth Centre from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
There is no conference fee and all are welcome.
