“Pride Week is all about highlighting the joy of being queer, and having fun being yourself, which is a great message to be able to spread across campus and the wider community,” said James Webster, UWSA Rainbow Lounge Coordinator.

“It’s really exciting to be able to host events like Drag Storytime for our community, especially now that we’ve been doing it for a few years. It’s important for both the kids and our community to see that representation of queer identity and drag in a positive and fun way.”

We invite the UWinnipeg community to take part in the Pride Week celebrations with any or all of the great events happening on and around campus.
