Dr. Sandy O’Sullivan keynote lecturer for Museum Queeries workshop

UWinnipeg welcomes Wiradjuri researcher Dr. Sandy O'Sullivan, (Batchelor Institute, Northern Territory of Australia), to deliver the keynote lecture that opens the Museum Queeries: Intersectional Interventions into Museum Cultures and Practices workshop, that runs from June 2-4, 2017. O’Sullivan’s lecture is on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 4:00 pm in Eckhardt Gramatté, This is free and open to the public.

UWinnipeg leads Museum Queeries workshop during Pride

UWinnipeg’s Dr. Heather Milne, with co-applicant Dr. Angela Failler, has been awarded over $22,000 to support the workshop Museum Queeries: Intersectional Interventions into Museum Cultures and Practices. The workshop will be hosted at UWinnipeg this June to coincide with Winnipeg's Pride Week.
