February is Black History Month, and we invite the UWinnipeg community to celebrate, learn, and participate in the numerous activities happening on campus and in our communities.
Thanks to the generosity of the Hill family, The University of Winnipeg Archives digitized a collection of Kern-Hill Furniture commercials that were preserved on videocassettes. This important part of Winnipeg's history will now be accessible to researchers and available for classroom use.
