UWinnipeg gearing up to celebrate with alumni at Homecoming 2023

The University of Winnipeg is excited to launch this year’s Homecoming 2023, a week of on-campus events for UWinnipeg alumni and community members.

While Homecoming is an annual alumni celebration at UWinnipeg, this year’s events are diverse and open to the public. A sample of the activities over the week are:

  • an exhibition tour of The Undead Archive
  • a provincial election forum with Union Station candidates
  • a science poster symposium
  • the UWinnipeg Collegiate 150th Anniversary Celebration

Homecoming 2023 will conclude with a panel discussion, focusing on downtown revitalization through collaboration and development. This event will feature guest panelists from Downtown Biz, West End Biz, and the Winnipeg Free Press, moderated by Dr. Jino Distasio, Director of the Institute of Urban Studies and Vice-President of Research and Innovation at UWinnipeg.

Homecoming 2023 will run from Tuesday, September 19 to Thursday, September 21.
