Tear Series – Panel 3 (1997), a painting by internationally celebrated artist Wanda Koop, was raffled on October 13, 2004 as a fundraiser for the University’s highly successful Film Program. Joanne Boucher, holder of Ticket No. 338, is the winner of extraordinary piece of artwork (University of Winnipeg Raffle Lottery Licence MGCC 4158-RF). Congratulations, Joanne!
