WINNIPEG, MB – The University of Winnipeg’s Jump Start program gives first-time university students a chance to take the mandatory Academic Writing course before classes start for the regular fall and winter terms – giving them a “jump start” on their studies.
The Jump Start program is also offering a summer course in Calculus. Jump Start offers a low-stress way for new students to ease into university life and hone their study skills.
Jump Start classes run from July 14 to August 25, 2008.
