In sharing in the spirit of Festival du Voyageur you can dine for $7.99 on classic French-Canadian cuisine this Thurs. Feb. 7 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm in the Riddell Hall Cafeteria.
French-Canadian-Voyageur classics will include tomato & fresh cheddar cheese vinaigrette, or original pea soup; Canadian duck a la habitant, tourtiere (Meat Pie), jambon au sirop d’erable (Ham & Maple Syrup), potatoes au gratin, punch finished off with a chocolate mousse. A refill is only $4.99. All prices listed do not include tax.
Internationally inspired lunches are available in the Riddell Hall Cafeteria every second Thursday from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm during the academic year.
Festival du Voyageur runs from Feb. 15-24. This annual unique winter festival celebrates the history and culture of the Voyageur era and the joie de vivre of Manitoba’s Francophones.
