General Roméo Dallaire
More than 700 participants, including community members, students, faculty, and staff, attended a public lecture on human rights by Senator the Honourable Roméo Dallaire on Thursday, March 9, 2006. The following day the Senator spoke to students in rooms filled to capacity with young people intent on hearing the Senator’s compelling words. The University of Winnipeg would like to extend thanks to Senator the Honourable Roméo Dallaire for sharing his insights, commitment, and passion for human rights.
