WINNIPEG, MB – Fans of The University of Winnipeg Wesmen can watch volleyball action this weekend online at http://uwinnipeg.tv/live/, as the men’s volleyball team plays host to the Calgary Dinosaurs.
This weekend’s webcasts mark the first time the defending CIS National Champions will be shown online this season. The No. 2-ranked Wesmen can be seen at the following webcast times:

FRIDAY, FEB. 1, 2008 Winnipeg vs. Calgary 7:00 PM CST
SATURDAY, FEB. 2, 2008 Winnipeg vs. Calgary 7:00 PM CST
The webcasts will begin approximately 15 minutes before the first serve each night. A single camera will provide viewers with a “bird’s-eye view” of all the volleyball action. Wesmen volleyball alumnus Shawn Coates will provide the play-by-play commentary both nights.
Winnipeg boasts a 12-2 record and is presently in a three-way tie for first place in the ultra-competitive Canada West Conference. The Dinosaurs are 7-7 in league play and hope to gain solid results this weekend for a strong post-season ranking.
