Chips, cheezies or chocolate? We all have our favourite go-to snack foods. On October 10 at 7:00 pm, a new book will be launched at McNally Robinson that explores the unique history of Canadian snack foods.

Dr. Janis Thiessen is an associate professor of History and Associate Director of the Oral History Centre at the University of Winnipeg. Her favourite snack food is dill pickle potato chips.
