The UWPG Film Festival, which is taking place October 19-22, is now accepting submissions until September 23. The annual student film festival showcases the work of post-secondary filmmakers from across Canada.
The 2020 UWPG Film Festival includes 65 short films, documentaries, experimental, animations and multimedia works from post-secondary students from 28 countries around the world.
When Melissa Van Soelen, Tom Groom, and Jesse de Rocquigny graduated from The University of Winnipeg's film studies program, they were already well-connected to the film industry, opening doors for successful careers.
